Trash Collection Edit page

Granger Lake Condo No.1 Owners' Association has contracted with Kimble for refuse collections.  All trash containers must be placed near the main roadways by Wednesday mornings at 6:00am for pick up.  One trash container is provided for each unit.  All trash must be placed in the bins for pick up, and you should not place any items on the ground or on top of the dumpsters, as they are picked up by an automated truck. Bulk disposal can be arranged with Kimble for an additional fee to the unit owner. Their phone is: 800-201-0005.
Communicate with your neighbors when it comes to utilizing the rolling dumpsters.  In many clusters, residents have agreed to fill one container at a time, meaning on occasion, only one needs to be moved to the curb for pickup.  Also, please consider some of our older residents and offer to roll their dumpsters to the road on collection morning.  
We also recommend keeping about two feet between the dumpsters in your carports...that way, curious raccoons cannot stand on one to open the lid of the adjacent cart...it avoids unnecessary clean up!  
Please remember, that trash collection will be delayed on the day after the following holidays...New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
